How To Measure for a Standard Size
Custom Radiator Enclosure / Grille Cover Please read these instructions carefully. You’ll measure the length, height
and depth of your radiator. Then, to each of these dimensions, ADD 1 inch
for clearance. (Measure 2 or 3 times to be sure the measurements are accurate.) Remember, these easy-to-assemble custom radiator enclosures are custom-cut
just for you, and are non-returnable.

Measure carefully for the best possible
custom radiator look!
RADIATOR COVER LENGTH (See diagram A)
Measure beyond pipes and valves at both ends of the radiator.
ADD a minimum of 1 inch.
RADIATOR COVER HEIGHT (See diagram B)
Measure from the floor to the top of the radiator or valve
(in open position), whichever is higher.
ADD a minimum of 1 inch.
RADIATOR COVER DEPTH (See diagram C)
Measure the depth of the radiator at its deepest point.
(This is usually, but not always, at the radiator feet).
ADD a minimum of 1 inch.
We suggest you add at least 1 inch to the length,
height and depth of your radiator grille. A custom radiator
enclosure that is a little large will slip on easily and still
provide the elegant “fine furniture” appearance you
are looking for. (One too small will not go on at all!).

If your radiator heats properly but doesn't have the "look" you'd like,
a custom radiator enclosure is an excellent alternative! A custom radiator
grille guard is manufactured to your needs and taste, and will make any
radiator more efficient by directing heat energy where it's needed.
